A small win for the Barking Riverside and Thames View community! We finally launched the long‑awaited Residents’ Charter last week—born from over 3,000 conversations with residents about their needs and how to improve the area’s social and housing infrastructure.
We saw a good turnout at our Residents’ Charter launch event with people listening attentively to speakers from Just Space, UCL, and others, and sharing their thoughts on the charter’s 10 core asks.
What’s next? Seeing those asks turn into action and delivery.
